Step 2 of the reopening process in Ontario will begin ahead of schedule, allowing for haircuts and indoor parties. On Wednesday, outdoor performances and team sports are permitted to resume, as are outdoor attractions such as water parks. Ontario residents will be allowed to hold inside meetings of up to five people, meet outdoors with up to 25 people, and finally, after months of closure, book personal care services such as haircuts.
