Rouge Park is starting to buzz with spring action, and you can be part of it!
A public tree planting event in Rouge Park this spring! The event will run from 9am – 1pm, if you are not able to join us for the full event, please stay as long as you like!
Where: 16th Ave and Reesor Rd, Markham
**Map of planting site will be provided upon registration**
When: Sunday April 15th, 2012 (9:00am – 1:00pm)
Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow said she’s “speechless” about the continued delayed of the Eglinton Crosstown, saying she’s no more knowledgeable on the project than residents and business owners who’ve been waiting years for it to wrap up.
“I don’t know what to say anymore, it’s leaving me speechless,” said Chow.
